Beginning June 5, we will add a Tuesday morning class at 9:15a.m. If it is well attended (5 or more) , we will offer it through the summer.
This class is designed to improve strength and endurance in major muscle groups and ultimately burn calories. Join us as we strengthen, shape and tone muscles and improve general fitness levels. A high intensity class!
Rate: $48/session 2 x per week
