Bodyflow is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.  Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation.

 Come have fun as you sweat, tone, tuck and tighten.  A combination of weights, step aerobics, balance techniques and much more will target problem areas.

Beginning June 5, we will add a Tuesday morning class at 9:15a.m. If it is well attended (5 or more) , we will offer it through the summer.  
 
  This class is designed to improve strength and endurance in major muscle groups and ultimately burn calories. Join us as we strengthen, shape and tone muscles and improve general fitness levels.     A high intensity class!

This is a moderate to high intensity class that is tailored to
everything your body needs ... cardio and toning. Step, turbo
kick, aerobics, and floor work will be used, combined with the
ball, hand weights and your own body weight.

This class will move your entire body through a series of seated and standing poses to safely perform a variety of postures, to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  This class is for sedentary and active individuals of all skill levels.  Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Beginning June 4 this class will be on Monday and Wednesday evenings 5:30-6:15p.m. 
 
 Tu/Th 4:45-5:30p.m. 
Don't want to go to the gym alone? Not sure where to begin?  W.O.W. with Legna will teach you how to incorporate free weights into your workout.  Women on Weights is a women's only weight training program created to teach women how to feel comfortable and confident in the gym while having fun.  The class will be focusing on increasing muscular strength and endurance while educating women on various training methods.  The class will integrate free weight, kettle bells, body weight, and ropes to create a stronger and better you.  The program accomodates a wide range of participants.  If you want the feeling of a personal  trainer in a group setting and you want to push yourself, this class is for you.

This class is multi-style yoga for beginners as well as advanced participants. Instructor will oversee movements and correct if necessary.  Please bring a minimum of 16 oz. of water , wear close fitting clothing , bring a towel and you may bring your own yoga mat or use one of the mats at the Y.
