Yoga III - Sat. 7-8 a.m.
This class is multi-style yoga for beginners as well as advanced participants. Instructor will oversee movements and correct if necessary. Please bring a minimum of 16 oz. of water , wear close fitting clothing , bring a towel and you may bring your own yoga mat or use one of the mats at the Y.

Check out this wildly addictive cardio dance class based on pop and hip hop music. The workout is non stop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps. Have fun while you sweat! Members and Non- members alike are invited to check out this class. Wear comfortable shoes!
