Group Exercise Classes 

       Summer II session Mon. July 17 through Sun. Aug. 20.  Member registration begins June 26.  Non member registration begins July 10th.  Fall I session begins Monday, Sept. 11 through Sunday, Oct. 29.  Member registration begins Aug. 21 and Non member registration begins Tuesday, Sept. 5.

Bodyflow is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.  Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation.

This class is designed to improve strength and endurance in major muscle groups and ultimately burn calories. Join us as we strengthen, shape and tone muscles and improve general fitness levels.     A high intensity class!

T/TH (4:30 – 5:15 p.m.)
This is a moderate to high intensity class that is tailored to
everything your body needs ... cardio and toning. Step, turbo
kick, aerobics, and floor work will be used, combined with the
ball, hand weights and your own body weight.

* Beginning Aug. 14, classes will begin at 9 a.m and go until 9:45a.m. 
A basic exercise class focusing on all major muscle groups.
Participants work at their own pace and ability level.

Monday and Friday (10:15-11a.m
*Beginning Aug. 18, this class will be on Fridays only at 9 a.m.
This class will move your entire body through a series of seated and standing poses to safely perform a variety of postures, to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.  This class is for sedentary and active individuals of all skill levels.  Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

This class is multi-style yoga for beginners as well as advanced participants. Instructor will oversee movements and correct if necessary.  Please bring a minimum of 16 oz. of water , wear close fitting clothing , bring a towel and you may bring your own yoga mat or use one of the mats at the Y.
