M/W 4:30 – 5:15p.m
Beginning June 5 this class will switch to Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 4:30-5:15p.m.
This is a moderate to high intensity class that is tailored to
everything your body needs ... cardio and toning. Step, turbo
kick, aerobics, and floor work will be used, combined with the
ball, hand weights and your own body weight.
