Aquatic Arthritis Program
In cooperation with the Arthritis Foundation, trained
instructors lead this program which provides an opportunity for people
with or without arthritis to participate in safe, enjoyable
exercise.

Come join the fun as we move from the water to the
pool deck for a great abdominal workout!
Instructor will lead the class through 15 minutes of intense
abdominal and lower back exercises designed to strengthen and tone your
core.
