Looking for a fun, safe place to hang out with friends on Friday nights? The YMCA Teen Center is the perfect spot for junior high students to enjoy a variety of exciting activities, make new friends, and create lasting memories. All 6th, 7th & 8th graders are welcome at the YMCA on select Friday evenings during the school year!

YMCAs from across the state of Illinois are recruiting teams to compete in a 2-Ball Tournament! In this fast-paced basketball competition, two-person teams have 60 seconds to score as many points as possible.

Girls and Boys teams will compete in the following age groups:

• 7-8 year olds (9-10am)

• 9-10 year olds (10-11am)

• 11-12 year olds (11am-12pm)

• 13-14 year olds (12-1pm)

The top-scoring teams from across the state will advance to compete during halftime of the IHSA State Basketball Championships in March 2025!

• Girls Championship: Saturday, March 8, 2025 – Normal, IL

• Boys Championship: Saturday, March 15, 2025 – Champaign, IL

Cost to Compete: $10 per team
